Since Fiona's been away I've

Since Fiona's been away I've been doing a lot of thinking about things
lately. It's nice to have the time by myself. I'd have to say that
things are going pretty damn well with my life right now. Fiona and I
are about to move into our first place together, my relationship with
Matt is good again, and my student loans are almost all paid off. My
mom's pretty sick, but I truly feel that she's going to get better.
Sometimes I worry though, but there's nothing I can do except shower
her with love. So that's what I'm doing.
I'd really like to develop this blog into something. I do hate that
word though. "Blog". It sounds so trite. I guess it starts as something
as lame-sounding as "blog", but I'd like to develop this into a record.
Of how I'm thinking and what's going on with me and the world around
me. So that I remember, because God knows there's so much I've already
forgotten.
This time next year I hope to again be standing on the brink of a
precipice. Hopefully we'll have around $30,000 saved up. Not a day goes
by when I don't have electricity shoot across my scalp at the thought
of June 1, 2004. What will I be doing? Where will I be going? What will
I be thinking about? O I'm all tingly.
