Tsunami Water Level
The cardboard sign above Fiona's head indicates the water level at the peak of the third and highest tsunami wave that struck Tong's beach. He said the wave pushed water all the way to the main road, which is about 300 meters (~950 feet) away from where the ocean usually is.
