Sanskrit Inscriptions

These sanskrit inscriptions are in the doorway of one of the oldest monuments at Angkor Wat. They tell the history of pre-Angkor Khmer (Cambodian) rulers, and this is how archaelogists know who came before the people that built the temples at Angkor Wat.
