Landmine Museum
On the third day of our pass we took a break from the temples and went to see Aki Ra's Landmine Museum. Mr. Aki Ra, a former Khmer Rouge soldier, has devoted his life to clearing landmines and UXOs from Cambodia. He also runs a program that takes care of children who have had amputations due to landmine explosions.
Two Cambodians a day are killed by landmines.
